THE CENTRAL NEW JERSEY (NJ) CHAPTER OF THE , INCORPORATED, CHARTERED ON MAY 28, 1949 IS A PREMIER SERVICE ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO SUSTAINING AND ENSURING THE CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC SURVIVAL OF AFRICAN AMERICANS AND OTHER PERSONS OF AFRICAN ANCESTRY. THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED OVER 30,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS AND OVER 80,000 VOLUNTEER HOURS TO THE YOUTH IN OUR AREA THROUGH TARGETED PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS THE CRITICAL NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITIES.
